Date night

Date night can be difficult for us. We have four little ones, very close in age. By the end of the day, the last of my energy can get poured into what I want to accomplish, instead of serving my husband. I have to be intentional to put off the dishes that can wait until tomorrow, or fold the endless mountain's of laundry because.....My marriage is important and needs to be treasured.

I do try and schedule this ahead of time, and create a plan or a little bit of an itinerary. Only because I will fall asleep if we aren't intentional with our time.
